One of the cornerstones to our success has been
the intellectual property that is owned by Global Commerce Group.
As a patent owner, we have the right to sell, market or license
our technology, products or services. We have successfully opted
to pursue all areas. The initial patent for the “Hidden Image
Game Piece” was granted November 16, 1999. The initial development,
led by one of our partners, was developed after many months of research
and development. We were granted another patent entitled “Method
of Making Hidden Image Game Piece” in February 12, 2000. On
June 18, 2002, we received notification of Patent Issue for our most
recent patent US Pat 6,406,062. This patent was inclusive of many
applications related to the “Hidden Image Game Piece”.
Global Commerce group is also recognized by the
United States Patent and Trademark office as owners of the registered
wordmarks WebDecoder®, Web Decoder®, NetDecoder® and
Net Decoder®.
As we move forward, we have additional pending
patents for enhancements to our existing technologies. The patents
that have been granted to-date are reflective of the efforts of
our company to insure that we provide quality products and services
that will be value added for our clients and licensees.
