HITS owns the following intellectual property rights which provide the cornerstone of its business: (i) U.S. Patent No. 5,984,367 issued November 16, 1999 entitled "Hidden Image Game Piece"; (ii) U.S. Patent No. 6,296,900 issued October 2, 2001 entitled "Method of Making Hidden Image Game Piece"; (iii) U.S. Patent No. 6,406,062 issued June 18, 2002 entitled "Hidden Image Game Piece"; (iv) U.S. Patent No. 6,833,829 issued December 21, 2004 entitled "Method of Making a Hidden Image Game Piece"; (v) U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 10173385 entitled "Method of Using a Hidden Image Game Piece", filed June 17, 2002; (vi) U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 10681587 entitled "Hidden Image Game Piece", filed October 7, 2003; (vii) U.S. Trademark Registration No. 2,581,629 (NetDecoder); (viii) U.S. Trademark Registration No. 2,569,443 ("WebDecoder"); (ix) U S. Trademark Registration No. 2,588,942 (WebDecoder - The Original); (x) Georgia Trademark Registration No. T-18869 (Web Decoder); (x) Georgia Trademark Registration No. T-18870 (WebDecoder); (xii) Georgia Servicemark Registration No. S-18871 (WebDecoder); (xiii) Georgia Servicemark Registration No. S-18872 (Web Decoder); (xiv) international patent and trademark rights in Europe and Asia; and (xiv) the knowhow, expertise and experience we have gained since 1999 in developing, implementing and ehancing methods for delivering and promoting our intellectual property in the marketplace in order to achieve the best results possible for our customers.

Owners of Patents and Trademarks have exclusive rights to market and sell their protected products and services as a result of the official recognition granted to them by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (and similar offices of other countries) and HITS has built its entire business around its ability to deliver innovative technologies to its customers that will allow them a competitive advantage in the marketplace. HITS is constantly striving to bolster its portfolio of intellectual property with extensions of its existing protections and the seeking of new ones in order to ensure that it will stay ahead of the curve and will continue to be able to add superior value to the promotions and campaigns of its customers and licensees.
