Commerce Group, LLC on June 12, 2008. Our management teams brings with it
over thirty years of experience in all manner of business and legal matters
and looks forward to expanding the business that GCG had established and
grown since 1999. HITS is pleased that Donnie Causey and Matt Montesi, both
of whom were instrumental in GCG's success over the last 10 years, have
agreed to work for it and both gentlemen will continue to play important

new heights.
